Headpoint Advisors has advised CBPE on its investment in Brookbanks Development Group, a multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in the planning, design and delivery of complex development and infrastructure projects across the UK.

Founded in 1997, Brookbanks supports clients throughout the development lifecycle and has built a strong position in the UK land and infrastructure market. The business is headquartered in Birmingham, employs more than 150 people and operates from ten offices across England and Wales. Its work combines technical expertise with commercial insight, including a differentiated Development Partner proposition for major strategic schemes.

CBPE’s investment was made alongside the existing management team, led by CEO Andrew Thorley and Chairman Paul Boileau, who remain significant shareholders. The partnership is intended to support the next phase of Brookbanks’ growth through continued investment in people, broader service capabilities, geographic development and a targeted acquisition strategy.

For clients and project partners, the investment provides additional capacity behind a well-established team while preserving the leadership, sector knowledge and relationships that have supported Brookbanks’ development to date.

The Headpoint team was led by Richard Benyahia, supported by Henry Baker and John Westall. The transaction adds to Headpoint’s experience advising investors across the land, development and infrastructure sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
