The transaction
LEHNEN GmbH is a Longkamp-based manufacturer of stainless-steel products and system solutions for accessible bathrooms. Established around 60 years ago, the company employs approximately 30 people and generates annual sales of about €5 million. Its range includes support rails, shower seats and other equipment used in homes, hospitals and care settings.
Swedish listed group AddLife acquired the business to strengthen its Medtech division and broaden its Homecare offering. LEHNEN will continue to operate under its own brand and with a high degree of operational independence. succedo partners advised selling shareholder Alois Lehnen exclusively throughout the sale process, which completed on 12 October 2026. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Cross-border context
The sale connected a German owner-managed manufacturer with a Swedish strategic buyer. succedo partners led the seller’s mandate in Germany, while Swedish Intermacq member MandA Partners helped approach potential buyers in its market, including AddLife.
