For more than four decades, Sweden-based Flamsprutarna has specialised in steam-turbine maintenance and thermal-spray coatings for the nuclear-power sector. Its work sits within a technically demanding part of the energy market where safety, reliability and the ability to complete complex maintenance during tightly controlled outages are essential.
MandA Partners advised the founding family on the sale to Virginia-headquartered Integrated Global Services.
